How long does a sweep take?
We deliver within 2 business days of the latest of your start date, your order and your MAP list. We check open cases again 7 days later.
Do you have references?
Not yet. We are new. So test us on your own goods. Your free MAP finding shows real rows. Each has a link and a dated capture.
What do you need from us?
Send your MAP price list once. Send it again when a new season's list comes out. Send your notice template and your steps for repeat sellers too. No template? We use your public policy text.
What does a sweep check?
Up to 1,500 listings on the sites in your order. Those are public retailer, marketplace and Google Shopping pages. Each row has the seller, product, price, MAP, gap, link and dated capture. It has the first-seen date too. It has the seller's public contact details if the page shows them. Each case keeps a seller history.
What is the Retailer Protection Sweep?
It is our top tier, for up to 5,000 listings. We check open cases each day for 7 days. You get an alert each day new ones appear. We split sellers into those on and off your authorized list. A report shows which authorized retailers are undercut, by whom and for how long. You send that list once.
What is daily monitoring?
It comes after a first paid sweep. We check up to 1,500 listings each day. You get an alert on each day new ones appear. You get a list each week, with draft notices. We check open cases each day until fixed. We flag repeat sellers.
What don't you cover?
We don't spot fakes. We don't name anonymous sellers. We use no log-in to your accounts or to any marketplace. We check once a day at most, not each hour.
Will a sweep find something?
We can't say. You are billed when it is sent, even if it finds few listings or none. We make no promise of replies, price changes or sales. A notice is a draft. You decide if it goes.
